KEEPSTONE FARM Home of the working dog of color! We strive for strong work ethics…structure…Intelligence … Our dogs DuPont finished his AKC course A championship winning his class and taking HIT. Going on to finish his course B adv title with back-to-back wins. DuPont is also an AHBA Champion. He has multiple HITs in AKC, AHBA, and ASCA. Having adv titles in sheep, ducks and a started ASCA cattle title. DuPont is the 2004 Open Ranch Champion of the VBCA. 2004 BCSA National Specialty ADV B winner.
Dupont is now retired and overseeing the training of Keepstone's young dogs. Look for his daughter Dewette on the trial fields in 2008
Edge made his AKC debut at the 2001 National Specialty going straight to the Adv level. Getting all 3 legs for his Course A Herding Excellent title in one weekend!!! Edge finished his AKC championship in Nov with a win and HIT. Edge didn’t stop there. He finished his AHBA HTDIII as well as his ADV ASCA title. Finishing in the top 10 VBCA for 2002. 2004 Res Champion Open Ranch of the VBCA. 4th in the 2004 Border Collie Society of America National Specialty ADV B. Edge is now helping Susan with training students and their dogs. Retired to working on the farm.

Bill is co/owned with Rebecca Beckmann & Steve Burdine , RisingSunFarm Bill (HC HTCh Imp. Bill HXAs, HIABd, HTDIII-s, HRDIII-s, HTADIII-s) is a very well bred dog imported from the UK. He is triple registered with ISDS, ABCA and AKC. He easily attained his AKC HC and his AHBA HTCH last year with Susan Rhoades, and is currently running in Open at Border Collie trials. He has a wonderful, biddable temperament; and a powerful but cool way with livestock. He would work all day, but is a calm gentleman in public and at home; with a great “off button”. He is a full brother to Bobby Dalziel’s 2004 Scottish National winner “Spot”. He has sired two litters on this side of the pond in 2005 and 2006. Both litters are very promising, athletic and friendly, being trained in agility and on stock. Bill is OFA Excellent, CERF clear, DNA tested “Non-affected/Carrier”.
